Recession? What Recession?
The last two weekends here in Oklahoma City, the shopping traffic has reached near Black Friday levels. A sales associate at The Limited told me they had the best week they’d ever had and that she was starting to think this recession thing was a myth. Maybe she’s right. At least here in Oklahoma.
Or maybe it’s just that all the bankers have come here to spend all our taxpayer bailout cash burning a hole in their pockets. Economy stimulus — check.
Gas price across the street at 7-Eleven: $1.61/gallon.
